- Many HVAC and Water Heater manufacturers require regular maintenance as a condition for warranty coverage. We keep detailed records to ensure your warranties stay in place as neglecting maintenance can void your warranty, leaving you responsible for any repair or replacement costs.
- We provide 5X the industry standard in terms of warranties on our repair work. Most of our repair work carries a 5-year warranty on parts and labor. Most replacement work, such as new water lines, sewer lines, and interior drain lines and water piping carry much longer warranties!

- 1- Peace of Mind membership plans that cover HVAC and plumbing maintenance services start at $20.25 monthly or $243 annually. Standard annual membership covers one HVAC unit, and the cost of membership increases $100 per year for each additional HVAC unit. Membership plans are available for plumbing services only. - 2 – Sewer line video camera inspections are normally performed by inserting the camera through your clean out pipe, an external access point to your sewer located outside your home, in your basement, or crawl space. Accessible cleanout required for camera inspection. Additional fees may be required.
- 3 – Excludes after hours and holiday charges
- 4 – If members decide to terminate membership, they are obligated to pay the remainder of the annual amount provided that preventive maintenance has been fulfilled and/or discounts have been applied to services rendered. One time cash or check payments allowed for annual memberships but monthly memberships require recurring credit card payment.
- 5 – By signing up for a POM membership, you acknowledge and agree that in no event shall Pipe Wrench Home Services or any of its affiliates be liable for damage or loss caused by equipment failure on the units or other equipment covered by your membership plan that is beyond Pipe Wrench’s control.
