Thanks to you all for my experience in witnessing how a professional company should operate!
I had a major problem ( an under ground water leak) that was causing my water bill to run in excess of $100.00 per month and was getting larger. I had hired another company to detect the leak and to fix it. They fixed one but was unable to find the other one that he found when the water was turned on between the meter and the house. Because our house is built on a concrete slab the other leak was possibly under the concrete slab we called Pipe Wrench knowing that they had fixed other similar problems in our community. This required boring under ground from the meter and going underneath the concrete to replace the complete water line from the meter to the house (we also had a sleeve installed so we could replace the line again without boring under ground). After they started the repair it started to rain and continued through out the day. They continued to run the boring machine and dig during the hard rain. They continued until the job was completed which was about 6:00 pm. There were six to seven men that we had contact with during this process each one with their own expertise. The two who quoted the job, a master plumber, the machine operator, a supervisor, a person that picked up supplies, a person that directed the machine operator and maybe another one or two that showed up and left (boy was I impressed) I could not remember their names but all of the ones I came in contact with were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I do want to mention one person who's name I think was John who took out a 2 X 2' section of 6" concrete and replaced it. He also made the plumbing connections inside where he could not stand and in a confined very small space. Thanks to you all for my experience in witnessing how a professional company should operate!
