Johnny was fantastic!! Spent loads of time explaining everything and answering my questions. Was very professional, well mannered, and personable. The best plumber I have ever used and I’m 70 so there have been quite a few. Would use Johnny and this company again for sure! Also would highly recommend them. Prompt also.
Repairman got to the house first thing in the morning, thoroughly inspected the unit and provided me with photos and an explanation of the problems, and several options to deal with the issue at different price points. Was friendly and professional the entire time, answered all questions we had very thoroughly. Fixed the AC and went ahead and did our already scheduled maintenance as a Peace of Mind Member to save an extra trip for us. Very highly recommend!
Pipe Wrench Plumbing did an excellent job of repairing our sewer connection, removing tree roots from the sewer caused by a poor installation by another company several years ago. They were quick, efficient, and went beyond just patching the problem but made certain the problem was solved and repaired in such a way so it will not happen again. The workers were friendly, courteous and did a tough job without any complaining. I was impressed.
Matt was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He didn’t push any up-sales, or insist we get the most expensive services. He was a straight shooter and got our drains flowing smoothly in no time. Will definitely use this company again, and would recommend to any and all friends and family. Two thumbs up!
Both jobs were done ON TIME at a great price. Punctuality and professionalism are almost more important to me than price. This company's communication is phenomenal and they were on time both times I've used them. I will continue using them as long as we live in their service area.
