Here is how it works:

  • If you are a current Pipe Wrench customer, and you refer a new customer to us, you will get a $50 gift card and the new customer will get $50 credit after their job is complete!
  • Both current and new customers must have spent at least $400 on service, repair or installation.
  • Gift cards will be emailed to current customers in digital format from our third-party partner, Giftogram.
    • Emails will be sent shortly after the new customer completes a job over $400. 
    • If you do not receive the digital gift card please check your spam folder. 
  • Credits will be tracked and applied towards future jobs but please remind our call center representative when you book your appointment.
  • There is no limit to how many new customers you can refer!

Digital Gift Card Redemption:

Current customers will receive a digital gift card after the new customer completes a home services job from Pipe Wrench over $400. If you do not receive the digital gift card please check your spam folder.

The digital gift card will be sent by Giftogram, a third-party partner that lets customers choose from hundreds of popular vendors and retailers.

To redeem your gift card, follow the instructions on the email and click the “Redeem Your Giftogram” button in the email and enter your Giftogram code in the email when prompted. Then simply follow the instructions on screen to redeem your gift.

The Giftogram code will expire after 12 months from the date the email has been sent. The gift card you select with your Giftogram code will never expire unless otherwise stated by the retailer.

Legal:

Offer does not expire and there is not a limit on how many new customers can be referred.
