Adam Gebhardt accomplished a list of items needed for repair and replacement in a steady, efficient manner. He was very professional and kept me apprised of his progress as he moved through checking, stabilizing 2 toilets, replacing a garbage disposal and kitchen sink faucet (that they selected & procured), installing a new water pressure apparatus in the crawl space beneath the house, and securing the outside faucet where it exits the house. As he was working, I decided to change my 2 ceiling filters, something I've always done with my 3 step ladder, but found I could no longer stretch high enough to do it! Adam gracefully came to my rescue & accomplished the task for me without hesitation! He represents Pipe Wrench very well! He may return to address any plumbing, heating or cooling problems in the future. And best of all, my young cat Bellissima, Bella for short, greeted him & immediately began purring! Our A/C stopped blowing cold air and we spent a miserable night in heat. We called Pipe Wrench in the morning and they came out in the afternoon and fixed the problem and also got us back on track with annual maintenance. Both men were courteous and explained the problem. Great Company.

Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating sent Shawn Eubanks, an HVAC specialist, to run diagnostics on my HVAC system in response to the heating problems, for which I called them. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and comfortable with explaining to me what he was assessing, why he was assessing it, and how it affected the heating of my home.
