Adam Bunch and Salwan were our technicians. They were very professional, courteous, thorough, and we feel they did a very good job. They were both very personable, friendly, and genuinely take pride in their profession.

We feel very confident in the work that they did. We have an older home built in the mid 1980s with old, failing hex water lines along with some copper fittings. We needed new lines installed and they did a good job with it. I would recommend them to other people. In comparison, the price is more expensive than some other businesses in this area for the same work, but we feel that the guarantee that comes with Pipe Wrench work brings accountability. We will use this service again in the future.

Very timely. The first time I used this service I had a thermostat replaced in my hot water heater. They were quick and professional and was fairly priced.

I'm in the middle of my second experience at a relatives home for hot water heater replacement. They were able to get a tech out for evaluation the same day we called (today) about a problem and have scheduled the replacement for the next day. The tech was polite, professional and advised us of all our options in a way that was easily understood. I highly recommend Pipe Wrench services.

Ryan and Tyler were fantastic! As soon as they got to our home they set expectations for all the work they were going to perform. They kept us posted on the status of the job throughout the time they were working and reviewed everything with us when the job was complete.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and nice. I would highly recommend them and the team at Pipe Wrench for any plumbing needs! Although I hope we won't have to use their services again, if we ever have the need for a plumber in the future, they will be the first people we call!

They came on time with texts and calls ahead of time to ensure I knew who was coming (with a picture) and when they'd be there. Kyle was professional, personable and didn't try to sell me more than I needed. He worked with the scheduling to get me scheduled that evening, even though I couldn't be there for the install. The installation was prompt and they were clean (again with forewarning and pictures of who was coming). They are my new go to company. Thank you.

We were in a pickle with our toilet over flowing 3 times, called Pipe Wrench at 4:00 pm thinking they would come the next day and if not we would have had to relocate. The customer service was amazing and we got the call back from Daniel Rakowski he would come today after he finished the job he was currently on. So around 5 pm or so he showed up and worked continuously for hours @ around 7:45 pm he had the drain cleaned out and we now were back in service!! Thanks so much to Daniel for his service and professionalism. I hate he’s getting a late dinner but couldn’t be more thankful for the fast service and dedication to resolve our issue.

The whole team has just been amazing. They were at my house within a couple of hours of me calling, went above and beyond in their diagnostic, and worked diligently to resolve multiple problems. Specifically, Chad, Hayden, and Fernando were all great. The price was extremely reasonable for the mountain of work that they did. I am excited to have a repair company that I can trust!

Technician did a great job. Took the time to answer all my questions. He laid down tarps and cleaned up the area after he was done. He was polite and professional. This is the second time I have used Pipe Wrench and I will have no problem using them again.

I reached out for an estimate for the re-piping of my house and got a pretty quick response. I really appreciated their transparency with their quotes and the multiple options that were offered. Cory was very nice, professional and knowledgeable!

They came highly recommended by our next door neighbors - what a delightful experience. Brandon was our tech diagnosed our problem but because it was in our elevator shaft he could not address it - but told me who could. I was so impressed with the entire experience. HIGHLY recommend!!!

We called for a water heater maintenance check but he walked the whole property, took multiple photos, and ran a chemical test on the tap water. We will definitely use again in the future.

Would give more stars if it was possible. The technician was beyond courteous, kind, and professional. Had a smile on his face the entire time. He was very knowledgeable. Fantastic service and fixed our problem within several minutes. Even went above and beyond to give us information to care for our plumbing needs to last us longer in the future.
