What is the Peace of Mind maintenance plan and membership program?

For just $243 annually, you can safeguard your home from unexpected and untimely HVAC and plumbing breakdowns or emergencies. All you have to do is sign up for the annual Peace of Mind maintenance plan and membership program.

Preventative maintenance on your HVAC and plumbing systems is akin to regularly changing the oil in your vehicle and is the best way to prevent costly breakdowns and repairs.

During Peace of Mind system checks, our skilled and certified technicians will conduct a thorough 18-point inspection of your heating and cooling system twice a year and your water heater and plumbing system once a year, to ensure that your home systems are performing in top condition. We’ll alert you to potential emergencies before they become disruptive problems, and our preventative maintenance will help to extend the life of your plumbing and HVAC systems while providing greater energy savings and peace of mind knowing your home is protected.

What ETCH services will the Peace of Mind donations help support?

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month this May, the initial donation of $10,000 from Pipe Wrench will be directed towards projects such as the East Tennessee Children’s Hospital Mental Health Initiative Fund. The fund offers faster, more accessible mental health care for children and families, supports social work and mental healthcare education and expands mental health support for patients and staff across all specialties in the hospital. The Mental Health Initiative Fund at ETCH is designed to support current initiatives and needs at Children’s Hospital as well as help enhance education, assessment tools, programs and access.

Additional donations will help support different pediatric services and programs at East Tennessee Children’s hospital based on the greatest need at that specific time. These services and programs range from medical equipment, outpatient clinics, patient programs, parent and family services, facility and campus upkeep and much more.
